REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
We accept most returns (see exceptions below) within 14 days of receiving your order, however the items must be unworn and unwashed. We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns just yet as we are a small business, therefore returns must be made at your own cost via tracked shipping only.

Once returned please always keep your tracking number for your returned parcel as proof of return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of you making the return however we do process refunds as speedily as possible once we get the product back to us.

Once the return is received back to us, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you, this usually takes 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges as part of our company policy.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we do have to be notified of any issues within a reasonable time of you receiving your order.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items with engravings. We also do not accept returns for pre-orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
