DOMESTIC SHIPPING - UK

Please allow between 1-3 business days for order processing (72h), this is because we are a small business so during busy periods we may take a little longer than a day to ship out your order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or local public holidays, this includes bank holidays in December, therefore please allow extra time for these timeframes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow between 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or local public holidays. We offer global shipping to all destinations.

All international orders are shipped via International Economy Service, unless a Tracked Service or Express Shipping is selected. For your own peace of mind and faster receipt, we would advise selecting the tracked or express shipping option.

DELAYS

We endeavour to deliver orders within stated timeframes, however, occasionally there may be unexpected delays during transit with the carriers and your local customs authority that are beyond our control, but we will always try to resolve for you.

Please be advised that during bank holidays, especially during the holiday season (November-January) domestic and international carriers are processing a high volume of orders, therefore delays are normal and expected, so allow more time for your parcels to arrive during this time. Shipping charges in these situations will not be refunded due delays being common during the holiday season.
